CBRE Maintenance Technician role focuses on maintaining small to medium buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and support to building operations as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team.

Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, installation support, and ensuring energy efficiency, with guidance and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must meet physical requirements: lift 50 lbs+, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange straightforward information clearly and concisely.
• Deliver outputs following defined procedures under close supervision.
