Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to join our team at The Hilarita, a multi-family apartment community in Tiburon, CA. The successful candidate will ensure the maintenance and repair of the property, maintain inventory, and assist the Community Director.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in property maintenance and be physically capable of performing various tasks, including lifting items and walking the property regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience required.
• Physical capability to perform various tasks including lifting heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain the condition of the apartment complex.
• Perform interior painting as needed.
• Report maintenance problems to the Community Director.
• Satisfy service requests promptly within twenty-four hours.
• Maintain an inventory of frequently used parts.
• Conduct daily meetings with the Community Director.
