Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician for Gambrill Gardens, a 296-unit community. You will support maintenance and capital projects under the Directors, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with make-ready of vacants with a detail-oriented approach.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in property maintenance, own tools, and a valid driver’s license preferred; strong communication with residents, vendors and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Must be able to walk the property (incl. stairs) and lift heavy items.
• Own tools required.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities with Directors.
• Inspect, schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Satisfy work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist make-ready process for vacant apartments.
