Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain steam, compressed air, HVAC, and wastewater systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex utilities equipment quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per PM schedules.
• Record operations, tests, and inspections; ensure compliance.
• Assist in audits, regulatory filings, and ISO standards adherence.
• Train and mentor teammates as a subject matter expert.
