Job summary

Westmark Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and repair a range of building systems across multiple locations. The role focuses on safe, reliable facilities operations, proactive maintenance, and timely response to issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in facility maintenance, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience coordinating contractors. A CMMS or digital work order system familiarity is preferred, with the ability to lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Experience coordinating contractors or managing small facility projects.
• Familiarity with CMMS or digital work order tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Inspect building systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical and life-safety systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and document resolutions.
• Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies for operations.
• Coordinate vendor activities and monitor small-scale projects.
