Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance, safety, security, and operation of our facilities across multiple branches. You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and support capital projects to keep spaces welcoming for members and staff.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or better, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with management, security personnel, and service

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar or related experience.
• Proven ability to solve facility problems without supervision.
• Experience with vendor coordination and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and daily operation of multiple branch and administrative facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor contractor personnel performance.
• Support preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment.
• Assist with budgeting, capital planning, and asset management.
• Maintain physical security controls and basic camera monitoring coordination.
• Establish effective communication with personnel, vendors and service providers.
