Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance, safety, security, and operation of multiple facilities. This role manages preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, facility projects, and capital improvements to ensure locations remain welcoming for members and staff.

Responsibilities include inspections, coordinating with property managers, supporting budgets, and ensuring secure access controls and basic camera monitoring as part of the security

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar or related experience.
• High School or better required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and daily operation of multiple branch and administrative facilities.
• Identify facility problems and produce solutions with minimal supervision.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor contractor performance.
• Conduct regular facilities inspections for safety, compliance, function and presentation.
