San Joaquin Regional Transit District is seeking a Facilities Technician C to perform a wide range of semi-skilled tasks related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of district buildings, equipment, and systems. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC support, with possible duties assisting other technicians and operating light to medium-duty vehicles.
Qualifications include high school or GED plus minimal journey-level experience and a facilities maintenance
Qualifications
- High school or GED plus 1 year journey-level experience.
- Facilities maintenance certificate or degree or equivalent.
- Forklift license, EPA Freon handling certification, and other licenses may be required by law.
Responsabilités
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems.
- Operate light to medium-duty vehicles and related equipment.
- Assist with bus stop shelters and building equipment maintenance.
- Read and follow manuals; prepare basic records and reports.
