Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Facilities Analyst in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role supports the Facilities team, performing routine maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction tasks during standard business hours with on-call flexibility.

A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Typical duties include inspecting buildings, reading drawings, using hand and power tools, and coordinating space reconfigurations to optimize office environments.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Experience in facility maintenance and construction.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities to identify malfunctions and needed repairs.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
• Reconfigure and install modular offices and furniture as needed.
• Maintain clean rooms and work areas; perform general maintenance tasks.
• Flexible hours including on-call support.
