Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Facilities Analyst to support the Facilities team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role includes routine building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, drywall, and general upkeep during business hours with on-call flexibility.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer-service orientation, and the ability to read schematics and work with hand and power tools. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Working experience in facility maintenance.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Flexibility for on‑call support as needed for facility maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspects buildings to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance to replace or repair fixtures and components using hand, power and specialty tools.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance including leaks, drains and lines repairs.
• Performs painting, carpentry and demolition work to prepare surfaces and improve spaces.
• Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and space to maximize office space.
• Prepares surfaces and paints structures and equipment to protect against corrosion and maintain a safe environment.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
