Job summary

You will collect data, support routine service requests, and help maintain documentation and configuration control. Experience with facilities operations and strong communication skills are preferred, with access to standard benefits

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in property or facility management is desirable.
• Strong customer relations skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitors existing contracts to determine compliance.
• Develops contract specifications and documents for goods and services.
• Interacts with suppliers and buyers to facilitate operations.
• Supports improvement of contractual processes and data logging.
• Provides technical support and coordinates routine requests for services or goods.
• Ensures configuration control for data, processes, equipment and documents.
