Job summary

GGP seeks a Facilities Technician to support the Operations Manager in implementing safety plans, standards, and procedures while performing preventive maintenance to preserve the property assets. The role involves troubleshooting, minor repairs, and coordination with tenants and management.

The technician will handle interior/exterior maintenance, snow removal as needed, and assist with event setup. Shift work including evenings/weekends is required, with emphasis on safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year tech school or trade certificate is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and plans, and to communicate with management and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including painting, plumbing, lighting, and roof work.
• Maintain inventory systems, records, and safety data sheets.
