Job summary

GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician at Park City Center in Lancaster, PA to support the Operations Manager with safety plans, standards, and preventive maintenance to keep the property assets in top condition.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building systems, perform minor repairs, uphold safety policies, and assist with event setups and custodial tasks while providing excellent service to tenants and the public.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required; ability to read and interpret documents and plans.
• Experience with safety protocols and OSHA familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems.
• Operate equipment to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs; keep property clean.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including painting, drywall, parking lots, plumbing, lighting, and roofing.
• Assist with inventory, records, MSDS, supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Repair or modify retail merchandising units as needed.
• Assist in event setup and mall decor installation/removal.
• Perform custodial tasks and waste management; assist with snow removal as needed.
• Support safety programs and follow OSHA and company policies.
• Participate in training and emergency planning with management.
• Shift work including evenings, weekends, and emergencies may be required.
• Provide assistance to tenants and public as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
