Job summary

GGP, headquartered in Chicago, IL, seeks a Facilities Technician for Park City Center in Lancaster, PA. You will assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, maintenance, and repairs to preserve the property's assets and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, minor repairs, event setup, custodial tasks, and snow removal as needed. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of related experience are required; OSHA10 and a valid driver's license are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of building maintenance or related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans, and schematic drawings.
• OSHA 10-Hour course is a plus; tech school certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs; keep areas clean.
• Paint, drywall, plumbing, lighting, and roofing tasks as needed.
• Assist with events setup and decor; snow removal as applicable.
• Support safety and emergency planning with management.
