Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of routine testing and maintenance of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and structural building systems.
• Assist occupants with workspace modifications and installation of furnishings.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine best repair approach with minimal disruption.
• Document completed work in the CMMS and manage parts inventory.
• Keep spaces clean, safe, and compliant with safety rules.
