Typical duties include general building, grounds, and equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and supervising staff and work-study students.

This is a lead technician position and annual stipend is paid for this role.
Salary Range:
$39,136 - $51,675-Compensation will be commensurate with the requirements of the position and the candidate’s relevant experience and education.
Lead Annual Stipend: $2,500

Typical business hours; 7a – 4p with a one-hour lunch period. Schedule may be adjusted during peak operational periods.
