Apis Services, Inc. (CHOR YFS affiliate) seeks a Facilities Specialist to maintain residential and community facilities in DOYLESTOWN and Germantown, PA. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and support building systems to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience. Travel between sites and a Monday–Friday schedule with some on-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned facilities and support day-to-day operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance orders and inspect HVAC systems, detectors, pumps, and other equipment.
• Carry out general property maintenance and respond to emergencies or on-call situations.
• Travel between company locations as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
