Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities or a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Satisfactory completion of additional background screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance tasks assigned by Facility Manager.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to work orders and service requests.
