Job Description

• Performs janitorial and maintenance services within a multi-building campus.
• Maintain facility cleanliness in both office and warehouse spaces.
• Ensures common areas and break rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily.
• Ensures office areas are vacuumed daily.
• Ensures individual offices are maintained as needed.
• Ensures all trash and debris is removed daily; opening, mid-shift clean; end of shift.
• Ensures all high touch areas are disinfected multiple times a day.
• M-F Daily shifts from 7am - 4pm.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of related experience.

Desired Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.

Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $16.48 - $21.85. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, onsite in USA VA Sterling.
