• Minimum 2 year technical degree or certification and 4+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-tech electronics/ optics lab / data center / manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and facility maintenance.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other building systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized projects and repairs.
• Maintain records for inspections, repairs, audits, and safety compliance.
