TrueCare is seeking a Facilities Technician III to perform routine building upkeep, repairs, and renovations at our San Marcos facilities. Responsibilities include working on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, changing fixtures, and maintaining equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma with vocational training and at least seven years in facilities care. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and vocational training in building maintenance.
• 7+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
• English literacy and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building upkeep and maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Handle repairs to plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Change light bulbs, assemble furniture and equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Support general maintenance tasks as needed.
