Duties:
We are looking for a Facilities Technician who is responsible for the coordination and accomplishment of facility maintenance and operation work, performing the duties of Facilities Technician, following recognized industry standards for such work in a safe and efficient manner. The role involves electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical tasks. You will evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot buildings, systems, and equipment as assigned, as well as identify materials and equipment needed for work and maintain records of assignments.
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all SRA buildings, acting as the contact for emergency situations. Additionally, you will assess daily the safety of employees, security of assets, and service to members. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.
