Job summary

Real Estate Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Commercial Facilities Technician to maintain and repair a variety of buildings and systems across its Wisconsin locations. The role covers general upkeep, apartment turnover, HVAC, minor electrical/plumbing work, and grounds maintenance, with a focus on safe, professional service across properties.

The position requires a versatile skill set, strong communication abilities, and the willingness to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience providing maintenance services for rental properties, storage facilities, or similar is highly desired.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with team members.

Responsibilities

• Performing general building maintenance, repairs and improvements such as painting, structural and minor roof repair
• Apartment turnover, HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing, appliance installation/removal, and emergency maintenance
• Providing grounds maintenance, including but not limited to: landscaping, exterior building maintenance, and snow removal
• Maintaining streets and common areas of the property
• Safely operate a truck to transport materials
• Communicating effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment
