Job summary

TTI, Inc. seeks a Facilities Technician II to perform basic and intermediate maintenance on buildings, systems, and warehouse equipment. You will guide junior staff and support senior technicians with complex repairs, while ensuring a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facility maintenance, 2+ years with warehouse automated equipment, and the ability to read English, follow safety rules, and work across shifts. Valid Texas driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Two plus years of experience in warehouse automated equipment repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate maintenance functions with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance to junior facility staff and assist senior staff with complex repairs.
• Maintain clean warehouse environment and ensure safety of work areas.
• Assist in developing skills of junior staff through on-the-job guidance.
