Job summary

Health First is seeking a Facility Technician II to support maintenance across the Integrated Delivery Network. You will perform inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment, utilizing strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.

You will document work promptly in the CMMS and assist with emergency responses to minimize downtime. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliable facility operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Completion of Health First Apprenticeship Program qualifies in lieu of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on facilities and systems per schedule.
• Provide professional service to Associates, patients, and visitors.
• Diagnose and repair MEPT equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS within 24 hours of task completion.
• Respond to emergent requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
