Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. in Pomona, CA, is seeking a Facilities Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and support the facilities and utilities systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and flooring tasks. The role requires hands-on work and strong teamwork.

You will coordinate with vendors, use Maximo for preventive maintenance, and assist with minor build outs and security systems, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 2-4 years’ maintenance experience preferably in medical or health related environment.
• General carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring and plumbing skills required.
• Must have computer skills in Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work with a variety of people on multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance, mechanical and electrical performance for the facilities and utilities equipment at the site including: Vacuum, Compressed Air, Emergency Generation, Power, City and Well Water, HVAC Equipment.
