Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Facilities Technician for a one-year assignment in Pomona, CA. The role involves maintaining and operating the site’s facilities and utilities equipment, including HVAC, power, water, vacuum, and compressed air systems.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of maintenance experience (preferably in medical/health settings), basic carpentry and electrical skills, and proficiency with Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• General carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring and plumbing skills required.
• Must have computer skills in Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and operates facilities and utilities equipment at site, including vacuum, compressed air, emergency generation, power, water, HVAC systems.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with the site team to ensure safety and reliability of facility operations.

Job description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Facilities Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Pomona, CA. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay is $24-26/hr to start!!
• 1 – year assignment with the potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
• 8 – 4:30pm
• Provides maintenance, mechanical and electrical performance for the facilities and utilities equipment at the site including: Vacuum, Compressed Air, Emergency Generation, Power, City and Well Water, HVAC Equipment.
