Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience plumbing maintenance including piping, valves, drains.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service while supporting site operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems including refrigeration, controls.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on domestic water systems.
• Inspect equipment for abnormal conditions and safety concerns.
• Maintain maintenance records in the work order system.
• Assist with installation, replacement, and modification of HVAC and plumbing.
