Mozaic, a not-for-profit organization in the Finger Lakes, is hiring a Facilities Specialist II to maintain safe, functional environments across its agency locations in Penn Yan, NY. This hands-on role emphasizes reliability and quality workmanship.

You will perform diverse maintenance tasks, support renovations, conduct preventive inspections, operate power tools, and help with seasonal grounds work including snow removal.

Qualifications

• 2 years building maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Experience with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and AC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Assist with renovation projects and preventive maintenance inspections.
• Operate power tools; support seasonal grounds work and snow removal.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours facility needs.
