Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a trade or mechanical position.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints.
• Valid state driver license required.
• Experience overseeing external contractors for repairs or installations.
• Knowledge of CMMS/BMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of facility and grounds.
• Aid in equipment repairs within manufacturing production areas.
• Prioritize work orders and handle urgent requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule and report issues.
• Coordinate with Facilities Supervisor and other trades as needed.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects and safety practices.
