• Respond to tenant service requests through the CMMS and maintain daily updates.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency response per safety protocols.

Job description

Our client, Facilities & Property Operations is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance group supporting day-to-day building operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility—helping ensure tenant requests are handled professionally and efficiently while you troubleshoot building systems and coordinate vendor support when needed.

Pay Range: $24-$29/hr Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Execute assigned maintenance tasks including painting, pressure washing, lighting system maintenance (bulbs/ballasts), basic plumbing repairs, locksmith work, and general building upkeep (as allowed by licensing requirements).
• Identify and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues to determine when specialist or vendor support is required (you will not be working directly on HVAC, but you will help identify issues).
• Respond to tenant service requests through the work order system (CMMS), maintaining daily updates and clear communication.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspection tasks according to established procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency response situations (infrequent), while following all safety procedures and protocols.
