Bayview Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facilities across the greater OC and LA area. You will perform preventative maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, lighting improvements, and simple carpentry while maintaining safety and service quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork and reliable problem solving in a fast-paced property management environment. A strong safety mindset and ability to work hands-on are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with clear information exchange.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Basic plumbing knowledge to address minor issues.
• Basic electrical knowledge for repairs.
• Basic tool knowledge for maintenance tasks.
• Painting and drywall experience preferred for aesthetics.
• Physical ability to use hand tools, climb ladders, and lift up to 100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety regulations to maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency.
• Snake drains and perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Inspect lighting and replace bulbs for safety.
• Handle minor drywalling and painting tasks to preserve aesthetics.
• Conduct minor gate and lock repairs for security.
• Collaborate with team to address maintenance issues promptly.
