Job summary

Twice is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Facilities Technician to handle repairs and maintenance across laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry and pool/spa systems at Juniper Preserve. The role supports the Facilities Maintenance Manager and ensures work orders, safety compliance, and timely turnover from construction to finished product.

• Must read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recommending repairs or replacements to equipment.
• Inspect equipment regularly and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain records of work orders and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Assist in setting up event spaces as needed.
