• High school diploma or GED; two years of trades coursework preferred
• Three to five years of construction industry experience in one major trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry)
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience providing required knowledge and skills
• Certifications include Universal HVAC, CPR/First Aid, and valid state driver license

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains heating and air conditioning equipment and related systems
• Inspects and tests physical plant machinery and electrical systems
• Installs outlets, fixtures, motors and similar equipment
• Performs preventive maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs as needed
