Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performs grounds maintenance such as trimming, spraying, cleanup, mulching, mowing, and playground surface work.
  • Handles light repairs, roof maintenance, and ceiling tile replacements.
  • Supports technicians with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related tasks.
  • Follows safety procedures and uses PPE correctly.
  • Responds to routine maintenance requests and supports emergency repairs when needed.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
