Bristol Mountain is seeking a full-time facility maintenance person to perform routine building upkeep across the property. This role involves basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and surface prep tasks to keep facilities tidy and functional.

Candidates should have construction industry experience, strong attention to detail, and the physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Formación

• Must have experience from the construction/building industry.
• Eye for detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects buildings and other structures to determine repairs needed.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance and lighting repairs.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance including leaks and drains.
• Prepares surfaces for painting and staining on structures and equipment.
• Replace or fix doors and windows, repair drywall and caulking.
• Tile and cement repairs, and HVAC inspection/troubleshooting.
