Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and trades.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete maintenance requests using the work order system.
• Attend required certification training and maintain re-certification.
• Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Follow college policies and procedures.
• Assist with moving furniture, heavy equipment, and supplies; snow removal and events.
• Operate college vehicles, equipment, and hand tools to complete assignments.
