Job summary

PLASKOLITE is hiring a Facilities Technician I in Zanesville, OH to support maintenance, safety, and operational reliability of our plant. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing and electrical systems, and ensure OSHA conformance while promoting a safe, clean work environment.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $18-$22 and a limited-time bonus opportunity totaling up to $3,000, including a $2,000 sign-on and milestone bonuses, plus an attendance bonus for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques, tools, and chemicals.
• 0-1 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and minor electrical systems).
• Support plant safety and compliance by maintaining work areas to OSHA and company standards.
• Monitor building systems and environmental controls to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist with installation, relocation, and removal of equipment, office furniture, and other facility assets as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, and other departments to support plant-wide initiatives.
