Plaskolite in Zanesville, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and collaborate with production and engineering teams to sustain optimal plant performance.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, a focus on safety, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–5 years of work experience.
• Must be able to read, understand and update print materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement repairs with operations teams.
• Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain CMMS records of all maintenance work and parts usage.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery as directed.
