PLASKOLITE in Zanesville, OH is hiring an Assembly Technician II to operate cut-to-size panel saws and coating lines, taking on advanced duties from the Assembly Technician I role. You'll ensure quality, accuracy, and safety while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read blueprints and use micrometers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in coatings or CNC operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut and coat materials per SOPs.
• Read schedules, schematics, work orders to determine quality and packaging specs.
• Inspect material and products for quality and functionality; report defects.
• Operate machines or equipment for cutting or coating; ensure proper setup and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, including counts and quality checks.
• Participate in line changeovers, equipment cleaning, and setup as needed.
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain 5S in the workplace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Support One Team culture with integrity and accountability.
