McKinley is seeking a Facilities Technician I to perform routine and minor preventive maintenance across the main campus and remote facilities. The role covers building trades such as painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work to keep grounds and structures in good condition.

The position requires on-site work in the San Dimas area with a pay range of $21.00–$24.00 hourly, based on experience. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plan options, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of one year working in a multi-department environment.
• Minimum of one year experience in construction or facilities maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.

Aufgaben

• Perform minor repair work around the building, including lighting, doors, and window blinds.
• Carry out rough carpentry, painting, locks, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Move furniture and equipment as directed and inspect facilities daily.
• Maintain roofs, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance routines.
• Assist with inventory, work orders, and basic janitorial duties.
