Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group’s Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to uphold safety and maintain an aesthetically pleasing property. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, perform routine checks, and support a team of technicians in delivering guest-ready spaces.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Office software; experience with Yardi is a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge in building and grounds maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.
• Verifies all lighting systems are operating properly.
• Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.
• Perform routine checks/sign offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights.
• Snow/ice removal as necessary.
• Identifying any potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties.
• Maintaining landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s).
• Support for other Maintenance Technicians when necessary.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the shop/working areas.
• Driving is an essential function.
