Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team at Bottleworks Hotel. You will assign tasks, oversee laundry and minibars, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.

You’ll coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance, train new hires, manage inventory, and use Opera PMS and MS Office to track room status and supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year hotel experience.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks with Front Desk and Maintenance.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
• Oversee laundry, minibars, and inventory.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Read and restock minibars; ensure proper charges.
• Maintain housekeeping records and inventory.
• Use PMS to update room status and tasks.
• Assist in Deep Clean schedules and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain attention to detail and safety.
• Conduct daily inspections and report issues.
• Support other departments as needed.
