Job summary

Bottleworks Hotel, part of Geronimo Hospitality Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector in Indianapolis to ensure spotless rooms and public spaces while upholding guest comfort.

You will oversee cleanliness checks, maintain and stock the mini-bar, post charges, and interact positively with guests to create memorable stays.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping or customer service experience; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

• Inspect housekeepers’ work to required standards to ensure quality checkouts and daily service in units and in public spaces.
• Assist with cleaning of rooms and/or covering for housekeepers as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Tech or Supervisor.
• Inventory all guest mini bars daily and post charges to the room.
• Maintain fully stocked mini-bar inventory and ensure guest interactions are positive.
