Job summary

American Regent is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance, execute repairs, and support facility operations. You will follow PM procedures, document activities, and work with contractors to ensure GMP and safety standards are met.

The role requires hands-on ability, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with CMMS and MS Office. Flexibility for shifts and overtime may be needed in a production environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; trade tech cert preferred.
• 1–5 years in maintenance in pharma/manufacturing or lab environment preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel.
• Basic knowledge of CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks following PM procedures.
• Accurately complete PM paperwork and logbooks per company policies and cGMP.
• Repair equipment, assess failures, and restore to operation.
• Document repair activities clearly and accurately.
• Support facility operations and coordinate with service providers.
