Job summary

Tier1usa is looking for a Senior Facility Repair & Maintenance Technician in New York. You will be responsible for proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all building systems to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

Your role includes leading junior staff, overseeing repair projects, and managing facility-related operations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience and a high school diploma, with proficiency in HVAC/Refrigeration systems and related trades.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities repair/maintenance.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, or other trades are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical building issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior maintenance technicians.

Skills

Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS)

Strong knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration
