HHS, LLC seeks a dependable General Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and repair of our corporate headquarters in Texas. You will handle handyman tasks, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and ensure a safe, functional, and professional work environment on-site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities maintenance, proficiency in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry, and can work independently while prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial building or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the corporate office (drywall, painting, doors, fixtures).
• Maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems and coordinate larger repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, fixtures).
• Perform minor electrical work (lighting, switches, outlets) following safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform inspections to prevent issues.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs.
• Assist with office moves and workspace setup.
