Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment (air handling units, rooftop units, split systems).
• Troubleshoot HVAC problems including electrical components, controls, and mechanical parts.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on domestic water, drains, fixtures, valves, and piping.
• Diagnose leaks and repair plumbing issues.
• Complete work orders on schedule and maintain maintenance records.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all tasks.
