Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Trade school or plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
• Five years HVAC, plumbing, or related maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Texas driver license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and modify HVAC systems.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Assist in installing and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements.
• Respond to emergencies during evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Supervise one or more mechanics or helpers.
• Maintain maintenance records per EPA and city/state regulations.
