Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training in facilities management or related field.
• Completion of an approved trade program in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, lighting, temperature controls, electrical, or related trade.
• Four years related education/experience may be considered.
• Three years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, or temperature controls.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
